LIV OG LEGEME – BODY AND SOUL
by Elsebeth Egholm
Dicte Svendsen quickly arrives when the body of a young woman is found at the stadium in Aarhus during a football match. The young woman is brutally abused, and the only clue is a glimpse of a booted leg in the bushes behind the body, found on a little girl’s mobile phone recording. Is the man with the boots the same one who dusts up ladies in the pubs to initiate sadomasochistic relationships? Or does the mutilated body look like other victims of crime, and is it a politically motivated serial killer who operates throughout Europe? The case becomes no less complicated when Dicte Svendsen is contacted by a hospitalized convict who has been convicted of negligent manslaughter. He claims to possess important information and wants to make a trade.
