In Truth is the eighth book in the popular Sandhamn Murder Series. It is a hard hitting crime novel about greed, desperation and vulnarability.

Every Summer hundreds of kids gather at the sailing camp on Lökholmen, the little island opposite Sandhamn. But the leaders quickly lose control of the many children and pretty soon somebody is singled out as this years weakling. The bullying grows increasingly worse and more violent each day. Meanwhile someone is lurking in the shadows, watching the children’s every move.

Nora Linde is about to begin her most difficult trial since she started at the Economic Crimes Bureau. She is prosecuting a CEO in the construction industry who has embezzled millions of kronor. It looks to be a slam dunk but the accused is determined not to go to jail, whatever the cost. As tensions rise in the courtroom it soon seems like the trial will have devastating consequences.

Thomas Andreasson is back at the Nacka Police Department after a short sojourn with a private surveillance company. He is relieved to be doing what he loves again but at home the relationship with girlfriend Pernilla is strained.
