The Swedish Crime Fiction Academy has nominated five of this year’s Swedish crime novels for the “Best of the Year” award and we are delighted to say that Marie Hermanson‘s novel Deep In the Forest is one of five nominated titles.
Two hundred crime novels were submitted to the jury, which consists of five members of the Swedish Crime Fiction Academy. Now, five other members will read the selected books before the entire academy votes for the best of the year. The winner will be announced in Eskilstuna on Sunday, December 1.
