When the Soviet Union collapsed the country’s assets were sold to a select clique of wily Russians who became incredibly wealthy in the process. The predatory economy that grew out of this included everything from corruption, criminality, kidnappings and murders. One person who has seen the negatives is Paul Leander-Engström and it is his experiences that are the basis for a bloody, breakneck story about financial sharks, oligarchs, dictatorial politicians and Swedish businessmen.

Sonia Draga Publishing acquires Polish rights to Camilla Grebe and Paul Leander-Engström’s entire Moscow Noir trilogy. Sonia became  enchanted by the English sample she read of the first book in the series Dirigenten från Sankt Petersburg (The Maestro of Saint Petersburg) and bought three books in one go.

Rights to Caroline L Jensen’s young adults book Demonology has been sold to Droemer Knaur in Germany. The book will published by MIX Förlag, Sweden, 2014.

Camilla Läckberg laucnhes a project with Max hamburger restaurants. Today is is official, Camilla Läckberg and Max, Sweden’s favourites burger chain, join togethr to spread the adventures of Super-Charlie, the main character of Camilla’s beloved children’s books. Starting the 1st April, a total of 150 000 books about the super hero will be handed out together with Max Children’s meal. The goal? Activate children to read more!
