PIA KONSTANTIN BERG, born in 1985, survived her journalism degree at the University of Southern Denmark with a mix of blood, sweat, and a stomach ulcer, in her own words. She burst onto the literary scene in 2016 with her debut novel We Once Were, and hasn’t slowed down since. She is the screenwriter behind the internationally acclaimed movie Maybe Baby from 2023 and has translated a number of romcoms by American author Ali Hazelwood which made her think back to her own time as a student. The world of journalism is filled with fun and quirky characters so the story came in a flash. The OFF THE RECORD SERIES was born and before she knew it Pia Konstantin Berg was back at university, this time as a guest lecturer.
