Mette Finderup

METTE FINDERUP WAS born in 1968 and is the author of 98 books, primarily for children and young adults. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Aarhus University, a diploma in Creativity and Management from the Danish School of Journalism, and recently completed a degree in Screenplay Development from the University of Southern Denmark. She is the creator of popular TV series Christmas in Valhalla and has been writing full-time since 2011.

FINDERUP HAS BEEN a well-known figure in Danish cosplay and gaming communities for many years. Her love for this scene permeates The A.S.P.E. Series. She created its magical universe to capture all the feelings that games can evoke: excitement, victory, defeat, and the power of friendship and camaraderie.
