ON A COLD winter’s day, 17-year-old Linn is left at Täcktaholm boarding school, a manor house outside Nyköping, 150 kilometers from Stockholm. After years of chaos, she is supposed to finally get her life in order, but she is quickly drawn into the conflicts at school. When one of the girls disappears, Linn realises that she herself is in danger.

MEANWHILE, ON TV4, crime reporter Ellen Tamm receives the news that a young, unidentified woman has been found dead deep in the forests in the area around Nyköping. Just a few days later, another woman is found dead. The police are at a loss, and despite the passing days, no one is missing them …
