Åsa Avdic

Avdic made her literary debut in 2016 with Isola/The Dying Game, an eerie suspense set in the near future. The novel was published in eleven languages. Her new novel, One More Life, was published in August 2023 to rave reviews

Åsa Avdic (1974) has been a journalist for many years, currently working as a host for Swedish public broadcaster SVT’s biggest morning show The Morning Studio. Previously she was a host for the consumer rights program Plus. She has previously also written a nonfiction book on consumer rights.
